Good Morning My Friend!
Tomorrow at 7pm ET, I’m live on YouTube, Facebook or X, discussing why high blood pressure medications don’t solve root cause issues and what actually works. Join me. It’s great information to improve your health.
Now, here’s something most people and most doctors almost never think about when it comes to blood pressure:
Your Home Environment.
A lot of people focus only on food, exercise, and supplements.
Those matter.
But if you spend most of your life breathing, touching, and living around things that stress the body, that matters too.
Think about it.
You do not just eat your environment.
You live in it.
You breathe the air in your home.
You drink the water.
You sleep there.
You shower there.
You wash your clothes there.
You clean your counters, floors, dishes, and bathroom with products that leave residues and fumes behind.
And if that environment is loaded with mold, water damage, artificial fragrances, chemical cleaners, poor air quality, or other irritants, your body may be under more stress than you realize.
Why does that matter for blood pressure?
Because when the body is under chronic stress, blood pressure often reflects it.
Environmental stress can contribute to inflammation.
It can irritate the nervous system.
It can disrupt sleep.
It can burden detoxification pathways.
It can make some people feel headachy, congested, tired, foggy, inflamed, or just “not right.”
And when the body feels under siege, it often has a harder time getting into the calm, balanced state we want.
Now, I am not telling you that one scented candle caused your blood pressure problem.
I am telling you that your home can either support healing…
or quietly work against it.
That is why today’s challenge matters.
Today’s action step is simple:
Pick one area of your home and make it healthier.
Here are a few easy places to start:
-
Open the windows and air out the house.
-
Remove or avoid synthetic air fresheners and strongly scented products.
-
Switch one harsh cleaner for a cleaner option.
-
Check under sinks, around windows, near bathrooms, and around ceilings for signs of water damage or mold.
-
Take your shoes off at the door.
-
Reduce plastic food containers, especially for hot food.
-
Wash bedding and improve bedroom air quality.
You do not have to detox your entire home in one day.
Just take one smart step.
Because better health is usually not one giant heroic act.
It is a series of better choices that reduce the burden on the body.
And your home should be one of the places that helps you heal, not one more source of chronic stress.
So today, look around with fresh eyes. And share with our Facebook group what you did to make your home healthier.
Ask yourself:
What in this home is helping my body?
And what may be hurting it?
That awareness alone is a big step forward.
To your heart health,
