Your Current Challenge Reward Points Are 0

Hi ,

Before today’s lesson, I want to make sure you do not miss this:

Tomorrow night at 7pm ET, I’ll be live on the Natural Heart Doctor channels on YouTube, Facebook, and X for:

Your 21-Day Blood Pressure Breakthrough: What to Do Next to Keep the Momentum Going

No registration required.

Now let’s talk about the gut.

Because a lot of people think high blood pressure is only about the heart and blood vessels.

That is too narrow.

The gut matters too.

Why?

Because the gut is not just where food goes.

It is where digestion begins.

It is where nutrients get absorbed.

It is where a lot of immune activity happens.

It is deeply connected to inflammation.

And it can strongly influence how you feel every day.

So if your gut is irritated, inflamed, bloated, sluggish, or out of balance, that can create stress throughout the body.

And when the body is under stress, blood pressure often reflects it.

Now, I am not saying every blood pressure problem starts in the gut.

But I am saying this:

If you are always bloated, constipated, uncomfortable after meals, reacting badly to foods, or dealing with ongoing digestive irritation, you should not ignore that.

Those are clues.

And clues matter.

A stressed gut can make it harder to nourish the body properly.

It can make food feel like a burden instead of support.

It can contribute to inflammation.

And it can leave you feeling “off” in ways that affect everything from energy to sleep to consistency.

That is why gut support belongs in this challenge.

What are some signs your gut may need help?

  • bloating after meals

  • gas

  • constipation

  • loose stools

  • feeling overly full

  • food reactions

  • heartburn

  • frequent stomach discomfort

  • a sense that your digestion is just not right

Today’s action step is simple:

Do one thing today that helps your gut instead of irritating it.

That could mean:

  • eat simpler meals

  • avoid foods you know bother you

  • eat more slowly

  • chew your food better

  • stop eating late at night

  • cut out junk food for the day

  • eat more whole, unprocessed food

  • reduce sugar and ultra-processed snacks

And pay attention to how you feel after eating.

That is one of the best habits you can build.

Because the body gives feedback all the time. Most people just are not listening.

And in tomorrow night’s training, I’ll show you why once you have built the right foundation, targeted support can make sense too.

That includes OptiPressure.

Because while food, movement, sleep, stress, and gut health all matter, sometimes the body also benefits from additional whole food nutritional support for healthy blood vessel function and nitric oxide.

That is what we’ll talk about tomorrow.

For today, listen to your gut.

Support it. Stop irritating it. And help your body settle down.

That is one more smart step toward healthier blood pressure.

Post in our Facebook group the one thing you’ve learned from this challenge that has helped you the most.

To your heart health,

Dr. Jack Wolfson
